This lovely apartment with modern appliances and décor is located in a new constructed building, just in the center of Yerevan.

✧ LOCATION
It is 5 minutes’ walk from the beautiful park dedicated to the 2800th anniversary of the capital of Armenia, 10 minutes’ walk from Republic Square and 13 minutes’ walk from Northern Avenue.
There are cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance.
The space
Whether you are coming to Yerevan for business or pleasure, this apartment offers all you need for a successful stay. It is ideal for everyone looking for a beautiful, warm and welcoming apartment.

✧ THINGS WE DO & DON'T HAVE
Items we provide include bed linen, towels (no slippers, no bathrobe), liquid soap (no shampoo), washing powder, iron, hair dryer and cooking items (no spices). Change of linen/towels and cleaning during the stay is available for an extra charge.

✧ IF MORE THAN 2 GUESTS
There is a sofa-bed in the apartment, which can be used as a separate sleeping place. We will leave bed linen / towels for the sofa-bed if you indicate “3 guests” or "4 guests" (instead of “2 guests”) when making your reservation.

✧ CHECK-IN-OUT, LUGGAGE STORAGE
The earliest you can check-in is 14:00 and the latest you have to check-out is 12:00. You can check-in/out during the evening/night hours, too.

Sadly, there are no lockers or a place to store your luggage in our apartment. So, if there is a mismatch between your travel schedule and our check-in/out hours, please consider booking an extra day.
