Holden Beach Experience

Once arriving, we unloaded and with the elevator got settled sooner than expected. The beach was easily accessible and the pool came in handy. A surprise was finding “sea biscuits” along the beach!

House was beautiful and well stocked, the appearance of cob webbs, toys from previous vistors were under the tables, there were a few places of blackmold on the stairway door and in the hall. Again home is beautiful i just believe it needs some attention or maybe checking on the current house cleaner doing a thorough job. Also there was a broken door handle and a chair that had a note on it from previous visitor that it was broken. BEAUTIFUL HOME

Holden Beach Summer 2022

We had a wonderful time! The beach house had everything we needed and was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room for all 9 of us to relax and enjoy the beach! It was so awesome to be able to just walk out the back door and have the beach right there! Even if you didn’t want to walk to the beach, you could sit in a rocker on the porch and enjoy the beach, in the shade! And the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, gadget, cookware, etc. needed for 2 wonderful meals (feasts)! We even used the grill one night for all the fresh seafood we bought! The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. There was a TV room on the 2nd floor that my 10 year old granddaughter turned into her bedroom. The couch had a pull out bed that was perfect for her and she loved it! No sheets were provided unfortunately but we made due with what we could find in the house and it was fine. No problem with the bedding service as everything was delivered with specific instructions. The end of our trip was easy as well as I received emails telling us exactly what we needed to do before we left. Would highly recommend this beach house!
