The space
This freshly-updated property features a new kitchen, four (4) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, plus an outside shower (when 2 showers won't do). The driveway will accommodate four (4) cars. This first-story beauty features an amazing screened-in porch and open floor plan with an eat-in kitchen and living area.

The house boasts new luxury vinyl floors, new furniture, televisions in every bedroom, ready for all your streaming needs, and Free WiFi.

The fully remodeled kitchen has all the comforts of home: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, dishware, glasses, utensils, coffee mugs, pots & pans, and cutting boards.

Each bedroom has a closet and a dresser or night stand for your convenience. The first bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a Double bed, the third bedroom has a Double bed and 2 twins, and the last bedroom has 2 twins. There is fresh paint, new furniture and luxury vinyl plank floors.

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, all rentals are 7 days, Saturday to Saturday. Between Labor Day and Memorial Day, a two-night minimum is required. If you are in need of something different, please ask. We MAY be able to accommodate. We do allow last minute rentals as well.

The beach and all the hot spots in Dewey are within walking distance. Breakfast spot half a block away. Park your car and leave it for the week.

Great property close to everything in Dewey!

Property was clean, updated, and the layout was great with plenty of room for our group. The owner was great and very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway to the area.

Overall fantastic!

Home was clean, beautifully decorated and pretty well stocked. Communication with owner was quick and prompt. Walking distance to beach and lots of restaurants. Would absolutely book again!

Nice size property for 2 families, very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owner very responsive and accomodating, she even called to let me know i left something behind. Highly recommend!

Great for a group

This was a great house for a group of friends! We loved that the bathrooms were central and easily shareable. Also a wonderful location, 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive! Great stay!!
