Full master with jacuzzi tub and private balcony on 3rd floor. 3 bedrooms, full bath, laundry facilities, and balcony on 2nd floor. One bedroom, kitchen, living area, sun porch and screen porch on first floor. Additionally, there is a paver patio with gas grill, 2 outside showers, and 4 off-street parking spots. Bring the whole family (and don't forget your pups!) for a wonderful family vacation at the beach. Stays other than 7 days will be considered. Please note that this property does NOT rent to Senior Week/Graduation groups.

My family has own the property since 1983. The property originally consisted of only the original 1920s cottage that my father renovated in the 80s. It is one of the original cottages in Dewey. My father built this house in 1988 with the extra space on the lot. I have managed the rentals since joining VRBO in 2011.
Why they chose this property
I spent my childhood at the beach and now am raising my own children at the beach. It is such a special place to create wonderful lifelong memories. Our family wants to be able to share our house with other families so they can create special memories for themselves.
