Brand new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, bedding, furniture and paint. 1 block to all of the Dewey restaurants, shops and nightlife. 2 Blocks to the Beach or Bay. Onsite parking for 3 cars and additional non-permit required parking right down the street. Fully furnished kitchen, 50" HD TV, hi-speed wifi, outside shower, great entertaining space
