Not a 5 star but an OK alternative

Gate clicker doesn’t work. Kitchen sink and dishwasher smell awful Toilet runs constantly. Have to wiggle the handle to get it to stop A/C doesn’t work Kitchen sink disposal stinks really bad Dishwasher stinks really bad Can hear everything upstairs, water running, toilet flushing, kids and people walking around, closing doors. front patio middle blind broken, won’t open All rugs are rolled up on the corners, tripped a few times. Small room screen door broke.
