A perfect area to enjoy in the day or evening! You will find throughout the entire house fresh paint and new upgraded flooring! Another great feature is the upgraded bathrooms have been remodeled with fresh fixtures, new showers and vanities! The yard has had a makeover as well with lush sod, a fenced yard and a new paver patio. There is off-street parking for three cars in the private driveway, plus two on-street parking passes provided. *Please take note the City of Rehoboth Beach does not allow parking on Queen St. or E. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals.
