Love everything about it! The friendliness and cleaness at riverbank. You have all you need. Been coming here for 5 years now amd although we always stay at their cabin, the motel is just as lovely. I recommend it!!

Everything was clean and felt comfortable. Only thing I will say is the down side of this place is not having at least one guest parking spot or lot for other guests, not everyone travels together. Would be the only reason why I wouldn’t stay here again if I’m booking for multiple people just for convenience purposes.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the pool area. The bathtub was deep, and the kitchenette was stocked with the supplies needed. There were ample clean towels for both the bath and pool. The only downside was that the WiFi was not very strong at Room 7. We had to exit the room to get WiFi, which was stronger near the pool area.

We love this motel!

Spent three nights. This was our third stay (first two visits were in Cabin #1 in the winter). Room #7 was spacious and comfortable. And we really enjoyed the pool. The location of this motel is perfect for our hiking adventures. We'll be back this fall.

AWESOME LOCATION!

This room was so clean and comfy. Had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us. Room faced on a quiet street with the Pemi directly across it. Only a couple minutes to downtown N Woodstock and Lincoln. Clark's is literally in walking distance along with a couple of restaurants. If you want to cook yourself there is a 2 burner, microwave, refrigerator and most utensils you could need. Small private porch where we spent most nights listening to the river and the room was extremely clean. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. The only drawback was the pool wasn't opened yet, it was still too chilly out. They provide access to an indoor pool at another location down the street so it made up for it! I really have nothing negative to say, awesome stay and we'll be back!
