About this property

High-quality villa with air conditioning, swimming pool and magnificent sea views

The very well-kept and modern villa with a large pool of approx. 60m² is only 900 m from the beach and offers a magnificent view of the open Mediterranean due to its dominant position.

With 150 m² of air-conditioned living space, the alarm-protected house on the ground floor has a spacious living and dining area with satellite TV and WiFi, as well as an open, very well-equipped kitchen (induction hob - oven - microwave - refrigerator - dishwasher - wine fridge) and direct access to a large, covered terrace.

On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an additional fridge / freezer.

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, each with 2 box spring beds 100x200cm and each with an attached bathroom with shower and toilet, connected by a mezzanine with a sofa bed 140cm wide.

In addition to a ground-level sun area and a well-tended garden, the outdoor area also offers a carport for up to two cars.
