The comfortable and stylish apartment (70 m²) is located on the ground floor of a two-family holiday home in a quiet residential area of the island town Malchow (little traffic and large garden), yet relatively centrally located close to the city center and to forest, cycling and hiking trails. The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom a separate kitchen and a bathroom. You can enjoy the green view from the living room and bedroom out. On the spacious terrace are garden furniture incl. Sun loungers and parasols to relax and unwind available. Your car is on a separate parking in the grounds in front of the house. The cozy with great attention to detail, but exclusively functionally furnished living area is equipped with a pull out couch with coffee table, a functional wall unit incl. Sideboard and a flat-screen satellite TV. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The kitchen with dining area and seating is fully equipped (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bath and toilet. Bicycle storage on the property.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the center of the lake district landscape. Malchow is located between the lake and the Plauer Fleesensee. The small sleepy island town is surrounded by forests and lakes. The health resort offers everything for a relaxing holiday. It is also referred to as an island city, as the picturesque old town is surrounded by water. The connection to the rest of the city is next to an embankment over a swing bridge that opens several times a day for the boat traffic. The area also has Fahrgastschifffahrt, marina, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Other attractions are the monastery church and the town mill. A great beach and boat and bicycle rentals and tourist attractions of A-like Monkey Forest, B-Bärenwald or S- as summer toboggan run completes the tourist offers. Due to the convenient location you can quickly reach beautiful cities such as Berlin, Rostock, Neubrandenburg or Schwerin. Bicycle storage on the property.

Es passte alles !!!

Dieses Objekt ist rundherum empfehlenswert !!!Alles in der Wohnung ist vollkommen, es fehlt an nichts und man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an wie zu Hause.Die große Terasse lädt zum Relaxen ein und die Ruhe rundherum läßt die Urlauber komplett entspannen.Die Gastgeber/innen sind sehr nett und haben für Fragen und Anregungen zu Ausflügen immer ein offenes Ohr.

Ferienwohnung wie zu Hause

Die FeWo hält was sie verspricht. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Terasse und der Garten ein Traum. Sehr nette Vermieter die bei Bedarf ansprechbar sind Der Aufenthalt in Malchow und an der Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte war traumhaft. Immer wieder gerne Empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung ist super. Tolle Ausstattung, groß, nett eingerichtet. Schöne Terrasse mit sehr schön angelegtem Garten. Es fehlte nichts. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Ausgezeichnete Lage für Radtouren. Immer wieder gern.

Kleine Wohnung, tolle Gastgeber

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gepflegt und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Lage in einem Wohngebiet war sehr schön ruhig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend. Bis zum Hafen haben wir fußläufig ca 15-20 Minuten gebraucht. Zu Golfplatz Fleesensee braucht man mit dem Auto 10 Minuten. Für uns ein sehr gute Wahl, wir würden wieder kommen. :-)

Herrliche Wohnung im schönen Malchow

In einer sehr gepflegten Wohnung mit schönem Garten und sehr netten Vermietern haben wir unseren Urlaub genossen. Eine wunderbare Gegend mit zig Seen und Wäldern laden zum Erholen ein. Fahrradtouren sind auch zu empfehlen. Fahrradstrecken sind aber noch ausbaufähig.

Schön eingerichtete und ausreichend ausgestattete Fewo

Familie Hellmann waren sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die immer ansprechbar waren. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und groß genug für uns (Ehepaar mit Kleinkind). Die Terrasse mit Garten laden bei schönem Wetter zum Verweilen ein.
