The house was well positioned close the beach, stores and easy to find.
Well equipped house and ready for a family to enjoy their visit away from home.
Very impressed that they had safety gates to ensure the safety of the children from the stairs to the lower floor.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Pros: big space , close to beach , nice backyard, a lot of chairsCons: false advertising as no queen bed but double, only twotowels for the week, frying pans very dammaged and advised owners no actiom, no relax space on first floor , issue with faucet so when in tub shower leaks, need to bring your own rugs none supplied , mirrors and glass dirty

The claims in this review are inaccurate. The listing clearly states that the property comes with three queen-size beds, we are not sure how the guest measured that. Towels and cookware were all provided as described. We have no idea what rugs the guest is referring to. The property was left with significant damage, including a chair removed from the home, an outdoor chair that damaged the hardwood and was thrown everywhere, and other broken items. Dirt and issues mentioned in the review were caused by the guest, not the property. Future hosts should be aware that this guest caused multiple significant damages and disregarded house rules. To future hosts, please beware.
I stayed with 3 friends at this location for Canada Day long weekend. It was clean and comfortable. We had an easy time checking in and the hosts were very responsive whenever we had any questions. It was short walk to the beach and short drive to grocery stores and other spots along the lakefront. I would recommend this listing!

Very clean property with all that's needed in a house. Big deck, big table and lots of chairs, we enjoyed every minute at this property. Walkable distance to the beach but they also offer a parking pass for you to park right next to the beach. This will be the place we will go next time when we visit Innisfil. Thank you Mr&Mrs Nathan.

We arrived with the end of the driveway piled with snow also the walkway and steps into the house. According to the people we were visiting it hadn’t snowed in a couple of days. It then snowed a good snowfall and no snow removal. I messaged the host and was informed they had arranged for the driveway to be cleared that evening,24 hrs after the snowfall, and that there was a shovel and salt for the steps and walkway. Since I had already mentioned that we were seniors I was very surprised it was expected we would clean the steps and walkway, also it was lucky we were driving a four wheel truck or probably wouldn’t have been able to get in the driveway. The snow removal was done that evening including the steps and walkway. After the next snowfall my granddaughter shovelled the steps and walkway for us.The cottage is very nice and definitely had been cleaned after last guests but there was a layer of dust on the beds headboards and other furniture. Although advertised as a 3 bdrm. the 3rd bdrm was locked. I had asked the question of the host if it was a problem if one of my grandkids spent a night with us and was told they would have to be listed as an additional guest with additional costs. Since I wasn’t sure they would be able to stay that option didn't make sense to me. I’m sure in the summer this would be a great little spot.

Annie was extremely rude and disrespectful. From the start, her attitude was confrontational, and she seemed to look for reasons to complain. She originally booked for herself and her husband but later brought additional unaccounted guests. She demanded all three bedrooms but refused to pay for extra guests, despite our listing clearly stating charges are per guest. She insisted on using the third bedroom without adjusting the reservation and repeatedly argued, failing to follow house rules and attempting to take advantage of us.
She also demanded early access, waited outside, and rushed our cleaners to leave before the agreed check-in time. As we do after every snowfall, we promptly arranged for snow removal. Annie claimed it wasn’t done and that someone else handled it, which is false. She watched us from inside and refused to move her car, making clearing difficult, yet we still did our best.
Cleanliness is our priority, but she complained about a tiny spot of dust behind a bed frame. She left the property in poor condition, requiring extra effort to prepare it for the next guests. She showed no manners or gratitude, even for early check-in, extra rooms at no charge, or accommodations for unaccounted guests. A simple ‘thank you’ would have been the minimum courtesy; instead, she repeatedly referred to us as ‘people.’ Annie should learn not to take for granted, or bite the hand that feeds her. We would never host her again.
We spent a week at this cottage with my family, my brother and his daughter, and my parents.
The cottage was easy to find and is close to local grocery stores, restaurants, hardware stores, etc. The beach is about a 12 minute walk, but the hosts provide a parking pass for the parking lot at the beach, which is convenient.
The cottage itself had the basics you'll need, and the full kitchen was great as we prefer to eat in. The backyard was great to spread out in and we used the fire pit most evenings (bring bug spray). Use of the bbq was appreciated, and it's been well-maintained.
The beach is small, busy on weekends and not busy during the week. The water is shallow in the designated swimming area, which helped us to rest easy while our kids played in the water. There is a local mini putt/driving range which was really fun and I'd recommend it as a family outing.
We drove out of the area to Blue Mountain to go to the Scenic Caves, which I'd also recommend if you like a bit of hiking.
We had a relaxing stay and spent quality time together at the beach, around the fire pit, and we played a ton of board games.

It was a great stay for 2 nights. Close to the Vetta Spa! We were a party of 3 and the 3rd bedroom was locked. However, we were able to use it when we asked the homeowners. The Nathan’s were quick to respond when I had questions. I would recommend this place for sure!Thank you for having us!
