About this property
Beautiful 250 m2 villa with character near the beach.
Just 200 metres from the beach, Villa Ker Nann is ideally located in the Casino district, near the market and major hotels. This charming villa in La Baule, recently renovated, boasts a large garden shaded by majestic pine trees and featuring a bright, illuminated terrace perfect for al fresco dining. It has a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee maker, capsules, or pods. A freezer is located in the basement. Among its many advantages, the villa offers two large living areas (the main living room and an extension adjoining the kitchen), allowing for various layouts. There are 7 bright bedrooms (2 with queen-size beds), 5 bathrooms, and more. The villa provides parking for at least three cars, a significant advantage given the increasing prevalence of paid parking in the area. Please note that sheets and towels are not included in the rental. They can be rented for a fee to be discussed before arrival.
Minimum rental period: 4 nights. In July and August, minimum rental period: one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
