Nearby, in addition to local amenities, you can walk to the far end of the harbour and climb up to the Rocher de l’Impératrice to enjoy a breathtaking view, or admire the scenery offered by the Iroise and Albert Louppe bridges, with a beautiful panorama of Brest and the Goulet.

Just a little further on, you can visit the Cité du Ponant, with quick access to city centre, Brest’s various ports, the Polder, and the marinas with their bars and restaurants.

Near the Plougastel-Daoulas Peninsula and the Brest Harbour, you’ll have access to the Port of Auberlac’h, once used to transport the famous and delicious Plougastel strawberries. You can enjoy a walk through the woods along the coastline to the charming Pointe de l’Armorique, just under an hour’s drive away.

You can also broaden your horizons and easily visit the famous Abers, the entire northern coast of Finistère—from Saint-Pabu to Pointe Saint-Mathieu— and escape to the Crozon Peninsula or, further south, explore the entire Crozon Peninsula all the way to Pointe des Espagnols, about an hour’s drive away.

For those who want to explore the underwater world, Océanopolis—Brittany’s premier tourist attraction—is just about fifteen minutes away by car.

For fans of amusement parks and recreational activities, La Récré des 3 Curés—Brittany’s largest amusement park—is about a 15-minute drive away. Finally, the Spadium Parc—a water park—is less than a 15-minute drive away.

The interiors, measuring approximately 100 m², are pleasant and well-laid-out. The layout is as follows:

- On the garden level: an entryway, a spacious three-part area comprising: a lovely open-concept kitchen, fully fitted and equipped with an island; a dining area with direct access to the sunroom; and a living area featuring a corner sofa and armchairs. This level is completed by a small shower room and a toilet.

- Upstairs: a landing leading to a bathroom and three bedrooms: the first with a 160×200 cm bed and storage, the second with a 140×190 cm bed, a 70×140 cm cot, and a changing table, the third and last with a 90×200 cm sofa bed that converts to a 180×200 cm bed and a large closet.

A washing machine is also available upon request.

The entire house is equipped for a baby: safety gate, playpen, high chair, changing area, etc.

The property faces southwest.



The outdoor areas, covering approximately 900 m², are pleasant and not overlooked. They include: a parking area and a pleasant lawn. The garage is equipped with a barbecue, table, chairs, and lounge chairs.
