A cozy perfectly located house just one mile from downtown Sarasota. Whether you need a great place to stay for work or pleasure, and getting to just about everything in 15min, our beautifully decorated house makes it a fabulous getaway. Walk to Payne Park, grab a casual meal at the Cafe and enjoy Music in the Park. A short drive to beautiful Siesta Key Beach, St. Armand’s Circle, Lido Beach or The Ringling Museum/Gardens and so much more to enjoy. Come see for yourself!

Great places to walk

Location is near a park with a beautiful circular walkway and also near a long linear rail trail. We also enjoyed walking to the nearby Publix market to buy ingredients for trying new recipes in the modern kitchen. The quiet neighborhood is nice for reading on the back patio or in the screened in porch.

Close to everything

We had a great time staying at this cute casita. It was well stocked and close to the grocery, beach, and restaurants. The house was updated and had everything we needed to have a memorable vacation.
