A very peaceful building without weekly turnover so if you are looking for a great long-term stay or long vacation, this is the place. There are no weekly rentals for this property.

Located on a no-drive beach in a sought after building, yet close enough to walk to the pier for dinner. These 3 bedroom / 3 full bath units are great for families.

The condo is on the 9th floor of the 10-story Blue Surf. The unit has a great open floor plan, new upgraded furniture, with incredible ocean views from almost every room.

Incredible views North past Sunglow Pier and South to New Smyrna Beach.

First floor garage parking space in covered parking deck.

Heather and Cary were very approachable when we had a question! The views were spectacular and coffee on the balcony was always a pleasure. You could have the best of both worlds- sunrises and sunsets. We would highly recommend this condo!

Amazing end unit property with spectacular views of the ocean. Owners are very responsive and have provided a beautiful, well equipped condo to relax / enjoy your time away! If we have the opportunity, we would return to this same rental for our next vacation.

We have been coming to this area and actually this building for close to 40 years and it just feels like home. There was plenty of seating in the family room for everyone which tends to be a problem.Also, one appliance broke while we were there and within just a couple of hours a new one was delivered, couldn't ask for better than that.

Fabulous host

We had a fantastic time other than the unprecedented weather conditions. The condo was beautiful and on a very quite beach. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. Great place to stay.

Amazing condo!

The moment we walked in the condo, we were amazed!!! Windows giving us the view of the ocean and beach were breathtaking!!! In the condo we had everything we needed to make this vacation fantastic. The welcoming tray with goodies was a very special touch from the owners, Heather and Cale. Beach chairs, beach towels and all the appliances we needed were there. Hurricane Ian affected the beach area but the pool area was perfect. Anytime we had a question, a simple text or email to the owners and they were always there to help! We will surely be back! Paradise Condo 901

We have been traveling to Daytona Area since November of last year. 901 condo is the absolute best that we have stayed in! It is very clean, beautifully decorated and all the amenities you and your family need provided. The sunrise view from the condo is breathtaking.. Definitely a 10 star condo. You will not regret your stay.

Enjoyed our stay! The Condo fit our needs perfectly and it was so nice to have beach chairs and beach towels on site. The garage space was nice as we could keep our bikes in there as well as park our car.
