Perfect location for mountain biking and exploring Sedona

Well equipped property centrally located in West Sedona. Close by great biking and hiking trails and good restaurants. This home had everything we needed.

Very Nice but Dated

I rarely give a 5-star review as usually something sticks out. This place was very nice and well-appointed. The only thing I would say is that the two original bathrooms has some fairly extensive water damage around the shower enclosures and the bathrooms also had carpet, which I find a little yucky. The original house is likely from the 60s and then the reno/addition is late 90s (which also dates the place -- 30 years ago). The jacuzzi was nice, fits 2-3 ppl depending on age and size of person, which made the walk-in tub in the master just a curiosity. Overall, I would rent this place again.
