Four bedrooms each with King beds, Serta Icomfort mattress and three full baths. Cathedral ceiling living room has huge windows to enjoy beautiful views. The dining room offers seating for 8 and opens to outdoor living with covered area and deck. Great for grilling and eating outside. Separate TV room offers a place to recline and relax.

The Kitchen offers island seating and is equipped with double oven, stove top, dishwasher and lots of amenities to enjoy your stay. Inner courtyard is a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee.

Brew your coffee or use the Keurig.

This property is perfectly located in the Chapel area. It is convenient to the shops and dining in the Village of Oak Creek as well as Uptown and 89A. Easy access to great hiking. Beautiful red rock views. Enjoy!

Great place to stay

Had a great time at the property. It is centered in the middle of everything you want to see and do - and has great views of the red rocks. Shopping and restaurants were close by. The owners were great! We know you will enjoy your stay!

Christmas Family Vacation

Perfect house for our Christmas family vacation. Oversized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen, tv room, and family room (even had a Christmas tree!) Great neighborhood, quiet and close to everything. Easy check in and out process with great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!

Three couples stayed here for a lovely relaxing weekend. Hiking and golf nearby. Plenty of places to gather and enjoy the company while at home.

Great location just outside Sedona. House was very clean and Lisa was quick to respond to questions.

We used the house for a girls trip hiking in the Sedona area. The location was great- close to many trails. The house was very roomy and comfortable. Nice outdoor areas as well.

Big house / Great location

The house is in a great location -walkable to many trail heads and to the Chapel of the Holy Cross. So much space in the house! Great WIFI so I could work remotely from the house. A short drive to uptown Sedona. This was our 3rd stay at this house in 3 years- we love it!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and well stocked with all the things we needed. The views from the house and neighborhood were amazing. The owners were friendly upon contact with questions. The trash collection was a bit confusing, and we had a mishap with the Javellana (very exciting lol) but otherwise our stay was great!!

Covid getaway

There were 5 of us from the family who met up for 5 days of fun. Loved the Peace Garden, hiking in the area plus taking a Pink Jeep Tour. Loved sitting outside in the evenings to star gaze and watch the shooting stars.

Wonderful stay, perfect location!

We were so pleased with the location of the house. Situated on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood and away from the traffic and crowds of downtown Sedona. Gorgeous views of red rocks and quick access to restaurants in the Village of Oak Creek. The house was clean and spacious for our group of 6, and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed a lot of time in the front courtyard and on the back deck as well. Lisa was always quick to respond, a very gracious host! We would definitely stay again!

Much needed getaway

The home is very nice on the inside, very comfortable but, the outside can use a bit of maintenance. It is very dark at night, so I advise you to arrive in day light. My over all stay was very nice.

Ladies trip to Sedona!

WE had a wonderful time in Sedona - The "Cougar House" property was just superb! The owners did not miss a detail to make our stay as warm and welcoming as possible. Lisa was in constant contact with me, before, during, and after our stay. I informed her that we would be returning and would love to stay at her property again!! I highly recommend the Cougar House.

Perfect location!

The property is in a lovely neighborhood with views of Cathedral Rock from the driveway. Only minutes from the Chapel of the Holy Cross and centrally located to access great restaurants and/or grocery stores. Some of the best hikes are within a 15-30 minute drive! The house is well-appointed with very comfy beds and pillows. The showers are hot and the towels fluffy—which is nice after a long hike. Lisa was very accessible and responded to requests/questions IMMEDIATELY. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

They thought of everything!

My family and I came to stay during Christmas break. A beautiful Christmas tree had been placed in the corner of the living room which was a nice surprise. The pantry was well stocked, night lights were in the bathrooms, and several throw blankets were handy to cuddle up with while watching tv. It seems they thought of everything!

Great Sedona Stay—Everything as Advertised!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cougar House. The house was well located, very clean, and had everything we needed. What I appreciate most was Lisa’s welcoming and informative messages. As first time visitors to Sedona, her suggestions were really key to us having a well planned trip. She even went out of her way to research the best way for us to get to the Grand Canyon. I really appreciated her enthusiastic and accurate—and extremely helpful—suggestions.The house is well taken care of and had everything we needed. We cooked in the kitchen one night and found it to be well stocked. There were plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, lotions, etc. in the bathrooms. Our bed was extremely comfortable. There was a lot of furniture and room to store things. The pictures and description accurately represent the house.We had a great experience in the Cougar House and we would definitely stay again!

Our Sedona Paradise

We had a wonderful trip and stay at the Cougar House! We only had 3 people so lots of room! You could fit 4 couples. Everything we needed was there. The neighborhood was very nice with fantastic red rock views. The owner filled us in with so many fun things to do while we were there and when we had a very small maintenance issue, they responded immediately and it was repaired. We had a fabulous time with many fond memories! Thanks to Lisa for your home! I would come back there anytime!

Thoughtful and Spacious

This spacious home has comfortable gathering areas, a well-stocked kitchen and two outdoor sitting areas with views of the beautiful red rocks and the ability to star-gaze in a quiet, ‘dark sky’ type of neighborhood. Each bedroom has a fan to supplement the AC should you need it. There are even nightlights throughout the home and labels on the switches. Very thoughtful. The location is great, out of the sometimes crazy traffic of town, but close enough to get there easily. We could choose from a variety of hike trails within 20 minutes of the house. If you have the time don’t miss the beautiful scenic drive up & back to Flagstaff (maybe taking in the Walnut Canyon National).

Why they chose this property

We had been visiting Sedona regularly for several years and in 2015 pondered the idea of purchasing a property to enjoy. We wanted a property conveniently located with beautiful views in a peaceful area which offered outdoor living. It took several years to find this property. Since we weren't ready to relocate we liked the idea of sharing the property with others to enjoy. The vacation rental seemed like a great match.
