About this property

Spacious centrally located peaceful house Red Rock views and a fenced dog yard!

Our free standing, one level spacious house is perfectly located in West Sedona, walking distance to trails, supermarkets, Urgent Care, many little shops and great restaurants/ bars.

Quiet, but conveniently located, and away from the tourist traffic areas, with views of the Red Rocks. It’s 1800 sqft of living space, living/dinning/kitchen open concept, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room with a one car garage and room for RV parking in the driveway.
It has a newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters, gas stove and fully stocked with appliances.The master bedroom has a TV and with an attached bathroom that has double sink vanity walk in shower with double shower/ceiling rain shower and hand held shower massager, bench and handicap bars. The second bathroom has a bath tub.
The backyard is fully fenced in with a large deck for BBQ, with an upstairs star gazing mountain view deck. You can sit on the front porch to view the Red Rocks on the front surrounded by fruit trees.

If you are planning on booking please consider that there are no parties allowed and we ask that you respect the neighbors. Dogs are welcome ($50 first dog $20 second one time fee)(sorry no cats).

I leave a “Red Rock State Park Pass” and a garage opener to use during your stay.

PRICES ARE BASED ON TWO
GUEST every other guest is $20 per day. Please note that when renting short term, for 2 guest, the 3rd bedroom will be locked. Room can be unlocked upon requested.

Please remember to leave the garage door opener and the red rock park pass. Check the barbecue gas is turned off ,gas stove and fridge door and windows closed,. Text when you check out. :)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any late check out without owners permission will be charged a full night and cleaning fee.
Smoking is only allowed outside. All dogs need to be house broken No PETS ON FURNITURE AND BEDS !!! Signed pet addendum .
Please no wipes allowed in toilet do to the septic system. Wipes are to be put in trash can next to toilet. Plumber fee will be charged to guest .

Awesome place

We stayed here for 4 days.There is a fenced backyard for our dog, they have water dishes and bowls for water, they even had snacks for our dog and snacks for us too.

Place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Could not be a better location to everything. Home is very spacious with a fabulous kitchen and on-suite bath/spectacular shower! Host was also one of the best.

Perfect house for our family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The neighborhood was nice for evening walks and we were very close to restaurants and all of the places we wanted to visit while in Sedona. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

My girlfriends and I stayed for 2 nights at this immaculate property. We all enjoyed it so much. The property was beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds, it was well stocked and the owner was AMAZING and so very helpful with all our questions. The property is centrally located in West Sedona with good restaurants within walking distance.

Nice getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this house. Perfect size for a family of four. The yard was the perfect size for our dogs. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely return.

Thanksgiving in Sedona

If I could give this house/owner 15 stars I would. The owner is so sweet and very responsive. The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway! We bought our thanksgiving dinner from Safeway, which was right down the road from the house. The house had everything we could possibly need. Evenings were spent with my family playing games and watching TV and just relaxing. I could not have had a better weekend!!!!

Perfect Home near the Red Rocks

Amazing home w a fenced in yard for a dog if needed. Garage as well. Home as nicely decorated w thoughtful notes explaining everything. Bonus was a Ninja blender which I used every morning. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Close to so many hiking trails grocery stores & restaurants. I am a frequent guest in Sedona and this was tops.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

The house was really clean with eclectic furnishings. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes & cookware. The beds were comfortable & there was plenty of towels. The en-suite bathroom had the largest shower ever. The house was located just far enough from the tourist area to be quiet but close enough for restaurants & shopping to be convenient. Giselle was very accommodating & went out of her way to obtain a park pass for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights ( mid October) and was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the house. The location is in West Sedona and the away from the crowds in Uptown- which was only an 8 minutes drive. Also every close to grocery stores and a variety of good restaurants. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all the questions we had. It would’ve been great if the outdoor patio furniture would’ve been cleaned/dusted off proper to our arrival….. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Great stay in Sedona!

We just had a wonderful 5 night stay in Sedona. Giselle’s house is exactly as pictured and was a great home base while we visited the area. We had everything we needed. The house was large and really comfortable and clean! Loved the open concept kitchen/living area, garage to park in and the master bed was really comfortable. Big plus was the included Red Rock pass. The fenced in backyard was perfect for Maui and she appreciated the dog cookies on arrival. We really enjoy/prefer west Sedona for the easy access to great restaurants and amenities. We have always stayed in hotels on our previous visits to Sedona, and this was truly the way to go! We will be back to stay again. Thanks Giselle for a great trip and wonderful property!

Perfect for families! Wonderful location

My husband & I took our grown children to Sedona to do some hiking in the area over a three day weekend. This property suited our needs perfectly. The layout of the home was great - providing the perfect number of beds & baths. (The heater in the master bath was a nice plus in the winter!) This is one of the very few properties that allow you to bring furry family members along, and that is much appreciated! For those who are traveling with dogs, (and even those who aren't), there is a wonderful pet-friendly Italian restaurant with great atmosphere on the patio just a short five minute walk away. There's also a great Thai restaurant in the same area. Grocery stores are all close by. It's the perfect location and the hostess was wonderful. Everything was all setup up for us when we arrived. No problems what-so-ever. We would certainly stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Perfect spot for first timers to Sedona!

My partner and I wanted an easy care-free first trip to Sedona and decided to rent this home for the week. The house exceeded our expectations! Giselle was a great host and was super responsive to our communication; she even left us some wine and goodies that we enjoyed our first night. The house was huge for two people and had everything we could possibly need (especially the kitchen; it literally had everything). It was a bonus to have the garage for our rental car and fun to be able to sit on the front OR back porches. We loved being able to see the red rocks from the living room and all the Sedona reading material around the house. Location wise, this spot was great because it was far enough away from chaotic tourist stuff, but a short drive to uptown and an easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants, etc of west Sedona. It was a quiet neighborhood…and we even saw some javelinas one night! We would absolutely stay here again when visiting the area. Thanks Giselle!

The place was nice. Fairly newly renovated. The hosts were communicative and cordial. It was set with everything that was needed. There were two negatives. The AC was extremely loud when it ran. Had to sleep in the furthest room to sleep through the night without the noise waking us up. The second was a strong odor of green marijuana every time the AC ran.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Sedona and moved 20 years ago. This house was perfect to raise our children. The location of this quiet sweet safe neighborhood, walking distance to markets and restaurants. Now our children are grown and moved on with their lives. We like for others to enjoy the magic of Sedona.

What makes this property unique

The location is wonderful by car or foot. No one likes to sit in traffic when they go on vacation. Sedona has become very popular destination and traffic is a big issue in uptown and 179. This house is away from all that but still close to everything. This house has Red Rock views all the comforts and room to relax. The yard is fully fenced, for a dog, unfortunately no cats. The house has a medium doggie door. Keep your car cool and clean in the garage. I provide a Red Rock Pass for my guest to borrow during their stay for parking and entry to the hiking trails.
