Holiday home Casa Ritz: In this more than 150 years old Ticino house with beautifully renovated bedrooms you can live and enjoy. The house is located in the center of Vairano and has on one side of a large garden with a grape pergola and a Kiwi dove. Two beautiful balconies are on the other side (see the photos in the gallery).

Location: In the center of the village it is so quiet that you can sometimes listen to the neighbors in the house next door on the terrace at lunch.

There are two parking spaces available exclusively for you. But you can also arrive very well by post bus. This is only three minutes walk from the house.

Surroundings: Vairano belongs to the municipality of Gambarogno (canton Ticino) and is located about 150 m above Lake Maggiore on a sunny terrace, opposite Ascona. The village is located in the middle of the Gambarogno Riviera and is well-lit all year round by the long evening sun.

Vairano has an almost complete infrastructure with public transport and restaurants. There are shops in San Nazzaro (on the lake) and in Piazzogna. Vairano is the ideal starting point for water sports, hiking, horse riding, tennis and other recreational opportunities. Nearby is also the famous Gambarogno Eisenhut botanical garden. For culturally interested people, the centers of Ascona, Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano can be reached in about 30 minutes.
