First time staying at this property and we will definitely be back. We typically stay down the road in Hallandale but wanted to save some money because airfare was so high. You can’t beat the location of this property. You can walk to all of my favorite restaurants in less than five minutes (Billy’s, GG’s, Taverna Opa, Le Tub and Capone) lots of ice cream options in area, great coffee shop with amazing pastries on the first floor of property.My biggest concern with the property was that there was no in unit laundry. Guess what? Got to the unit and there was laundry. I was thrilled.You can easily Instacart/doordash/shipt groceries/alcohol to the property, helps save a bit of .Loved the rooftop pool area. Be warned there are lots of kids there if traveling during a holiday or school break time. Security was great about dealing with the unruly kids.We would definitely stay here again, preferably when school is in session and there aren’t a bunch of teens around. Unit is great, location and price can’t be beat.
