Fantastic million dollar views from this corner ocean front condo. No place is more beautiful along the Kona Coast. Comfortable large lanai/patio with up to eight to ten feet translucent crystal blue waves breaking just 100 feet away at Honl's beach which is considered one of the world'S best surfing beaches. Surfers and boogie boarders entertain all day.

In fact, the boggie board was first invented by a surfer at our (Honl's)beach. Scuba and snorkeling from the shore with an awesome undersea aquarium. Abundant coral reefs give refuge to limitless fish and wild life. Turtles can be seen popping their heads above the water lapping along the shore just below the lanai.

Restaurants and shopping just minutes away along the ocean walk to the Kona Village less than one mile stroll away. A number of modern shopping centers with supermarkets (Safeway, Sac'n Save, and more just up the hill from the shore. Costco, Home Depot, Lowe's nearby. Major world renowned golf courses and world record marlin fishing are near by. Swimming, hiking, and bicycle riding everywhere at the home of the world famous 'Ironman Triathlon' held every October. The condo complex has an ocean front pool, Jacuzzi, Barbecues, and party patio.

The Condo is fully-equipped with a washer and dryer, stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave cooking utensils, blender and toaster, and just about all you need including beach towels. Besides the beds in the two bedrooms, a comfortable queen airbed with built in pump is available if needed..

Amazing views from the balcony and the bedrooms. Great pool. Nice walking access to Kona shopping and dining. Just a few minor complaints. The door knob kept falling off and the dishes could have been a little cleaner.

Fit the bill perfectly, as we only had one car, so the location enabled those who wanted to walk to town to do so, and this left the car as an option for other errands, sight seeing etc. Marvelous! Lots of dining options within walking distance, and Honl's beach a few feet away was a nice retreat to just sit and listen to the surf. The kids with us really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well :)

There are positives and negatives with this property. The biggest negative for us was a lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. There is only an air conditioner in the living room. It should be opposite. The positive is the ocean view and location to the downtown area.

Both bedrums are ducted and have blowers to move cold air in. Apparently the switches to turn on the cold air handlers were never turned on by you. they are marked and other guests use them fine to get cold air into bedrooms.

Ideal spot overlooking a small beach park. Property was exactly as photos advertised. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, easy underground parking. Only problem was that we wanted to stay longer! We did not give ourselves enough time in Kona after starting our trip on the Hilo side of the island.

Fantastic view and excellent accommodations.

This is a very nice property with a superbly supplied kitchen and bathrooms. It had plenty of everything you would need to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and the lanai was spacious. You couldn't ask for a nicer view. Glorious!

You can’t beat the location of this property. Staying right on the shore made this trip special. We did not have to go anywhere to enjoy great views and sunsets, yet many good restaurants (Fletcher’s Kitchen and Huggo’s On The Rocks) are an easy walk, as is town.

This condo is situated perfectly. The pool and bbq areas are clean and calm. This is not the place for parties and loud music. The ocean makes the music at all times. Its very family friendly. Wonderful location and facilities - you can’t beat the view! Enjoy the surfers, see the turtles munching in the rocks with your morning coffee on the deck! Crazy sunsets. Great Kona location and easy safe parking. Quick walk to Kona shopping or snorkel beaches etc!

Good location as advertised. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean, sunset, and the adjacent beach. The unit furnishings are deminimus, meaning they are still largely functional, but generally at end of life. Curtains, mattresses, air conditioning, and furniture are not in very good shape and below par for a unit in this price range.The unit is not equipped to sleep 6... the air mattresses are also at end of life, and only one set of linens was available. We had a good stay, and the unit was functional, but ideally the unit furnishings get a makeover soon.
