Splendid view of the mountains from the main windows and balcony; recently renovated throughout to provide bright, airy and comfortable accommodation. Free wifi and private parking. Storage of sport equipment (e.g. 3 bikes) in private cellar (and moderate use of collective, under-key cellar). The flat is located on the last 2 floors of a small block of flats, at the corner of the building.
In the summer, it is a great place to escape the heat, due to the altitude (1,100m; when most of France experiences a heat-wave, day-time temperatures rarely go beyond 30 deg and night-time temperatures are typically 12 deg), the flat layout (being at the corner of the building, it is easy to create a draught across it, and the heat can escape through the top floor windows and skylight), the flat's orientation (North-East, so you are in the shade from 11am) and location in the upper floors of the building, ensuring a regular breeze.
Note: electricity is included in the cost up to 60 euros per week.
