Site 905 is an oceanfront home fully equipped and furnished to make your stay a pleasure. This home is beautifully laid out with everything you will need for a great family vacation. Included are cable TV and high speed internet.

The home is a stilt home, typical for coastal Carolina and there is a cement parking area for three vehicles underneath.

The first floor has the deck, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a bedroom with 2 double sized bunk beds (300 lbs. max. capacity on the bunks) and 2 twin bunk beds.

The second floor has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and access to the top deck.
From either the first floor or second floor the decks allow for a view of the coastline all the way to North Myrtle Beach, over 20 miles away.

The home is adjacent to the Ocean Lakes playground, shuffleboard, cornhole and basketball courts. It is also conveniently located close to Sandy Harbor Waterpark, the Recreation Center, arcade, and many other amenities.

The home is in beautiful Ocean Lakes, a family-oriented community where you can feel comfortable letting the kids have some freedom. Along with many activities, the community includes 24-hour patrolling security, park wide 10mph speed limit, a water park and splash zone along with an indoor heated and outdoor Olympic sized pools, General store, snack bar, golf cart rentals, laundry mat and more.

Only minutes away are major attractions such as Broadway At The Beach which includes Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, NASCAR Cafe, Ripley's Aquarium, IMAX Theater and the Palace Theater featuring top entertainers. Also, outlet malls, flea markets, fine dining, country music theaters, Dixie Stampede and the Las Vegas based Legends Theater and over 100 world-class golf courses.

Guest is responsible for obtaining vehicle passes directly from Ocean Lakes at $15 per day per vehicle. If you submit payment for parking to Ocean Lakes at least 10 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a $3 per day discount (reducing the parking pass fee to $12 per day).

There is a security camera on site that monitors the parking area under the house.

Perfect location

This house has the perfect location, at the end of the strip and less than 2 minutes to the beach. The owner was very responsive when we needed propane, and the house looks like the deck is recently updated as well as the chairs. Great property!

Amazing Location

I love the location of this house. I didn’t miss a sunrise or a sunset - they were so beautiful. It was so convenient to be right at the beach and playground. It was also fun to be at the end of the strip, although it was loud on that side of the house until 11pm. The house was furnished very nicely and had everything we needed.

Good Location

Great location with easy access to beach and playground. Kitchen is wonderfully furnished. Linen/towel service supplied is well. Home is nicely decorated but the cleaners skimped on the cleaning before our arrival which is no fault of the owner. The outside stairs are cracking in places from normal beach weather wear and could use some TLC. We had a great trip and were very comfortable.

Best location! Plenty of room!

I loved the location of this house. Steps from the beach. Great view while having your morning coffee. Only reason i did not give 5 stars was bc I’m hot natured. You can’t turn the thermostat below 70 and once the sun comes up, those upstairs bedrooms get hot quick. Other than that it was fantastic for me and my family. Owner was responsive with messages. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful and Spacious with Awesome view!

We loved this place! My wife and I slept in the master bedroom with the curtain open - all we had to do was open our eyes to the most beautiful sunrises! Each day start with a highlight! Plenty of room. Very clean. Linen and towel service was excellent. Everything you need in Kitchen, Den, and Bedrooms. Furniture and bedding was very nice, seemed new. Porches had everything you needed and was one of our favorite places to be.

Excellent house in ocean lakes

This was a beautifully updated beach house in ocean lakes campground. Jeff was super responsive with all my needs. The house was well equipped and even had starters of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and a few spices. You can sit on the front porch and watch the golf cart parade every night. The beach was literally steps away from the house. We will definitely use this house again if we come back to ocean lakes!! Thank you for sharing your house with us!!

Overwhelming at first with all the people and golf carts but once settled in, we found it to be exciting and fun! We loved the golf cart parade! A little perk we found out about when reading the reviews. We rented a golf cart and decorated and joined the fun! The perks of having access to the water park and all the activities was wonderful! We had plenty of room in the house and LOVED the views of the ocean! It is best if you rent a golf cart for sure. Going to the activities, there are no car parking places. The owner was very responsive if there were any questions. We enjoyed this location so much we hope to return next year😊

Father / Son Week

A few of us Dad's took our soon-to-be juniors in high school here for a week. First of all, the location is excellent, even better than you can tell in the pictures. The nightly parade of golf carts is right in front of your deck, so you have a bird's eye view of the festivities. There's an ice machine right at the base of the house and the beach is only about 30 steps away. On balance you really couldn't have a better spot in Ocean Lakes. If we were back in the middle of the campground it would have been a totally different vibe. We cooked lunches on the deck with the grill and there was plenty of utensils. The linens were easy enough to deal with and the clean up and check in and out procedures are a piece of cake. If you're staying in Ocean Lakes, you really can't beat this house.

It was a very smooth check in. Great location. House clean. Towels and linens were there. The only complaint that we had was the outside grill. Very very dirty. Looked like it had never been cleaned. Other than the grill issue, we will rent this house again.

Excellent Home

The property was very clean. Close to all the activities. Just steps to the beach, playground and basketball courts. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night watching the golf carts and listening to the ocean. Jeff was very easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely be back.

If you're staying in Ocean Lakes, there aren't very many other houses that offer the perfect location like this one. A one minute walk to the beach, close to playgrounds, activities, the daily food truck, and a front room seat for the nightly golf cart parade from either level of the amazing decks. The host is very polite and responsive to communication which makes the stay stress free. We will definitely be booking the house for our next trip here.

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was exactly as described online. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen! The water was nice and hot for showers, A/C was able to handle the east coast heat way with temps getting close to 100. Jeff was very attentive and responded to all my messages timely. Perfect Location

Pictures do not do it justice. This place is perfect for people watching, watching your small ones at the park, short walk to the basketball court for the kids. Amazing views of the ocean and the strip. What i loved is the house faces north so u have shade in the late afternoon on a hot day. We have already booked another trip here

Why they chose this property

Sitting on either level of the decks at this house, you can relax in the morning and watch the sunrise and listen to the waves. You will have front row views of the Golf Cart Parade. In the evening, the sun sets on the backside of the house, but provides a beautiful glow over the water as it sets. The beach access is only 50 yards away.
