The space is very flexible with different furniture configurations and furniture will come and go in the space.

The Space:
- 1st Space to the left side: 1 twin bed with 2 sofa sleepers
- 2nd Space to the right side: 4 tables with 6 chairs each, 3 pub tables with 2 barstools each
- 3rd Space off the kitchen: two queen-sized beds, 70" LED TV, multiple couches, & desk
- Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, custom motorcycle bar, and Space Invaders video game.

Amenities:
- Kitchen Essentials: toaster oven, dinnerware, flatware, pots/pans, cookware, cooking utensils, coffee/tea with creamer, and various sugars.
- Linens Provided: towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets
- ALL linens/towels are cleaned after each stay and five-star cleaning provided

Surprise Birthday Party

I was under the impression it was a 2 bedroom which was stated in the ad for the price, besides that it was an excellent choice for my event. And my son enjoyed it as well as my family and friends!!!

Sweet 16 dream

We rented the Graffiti Loft for our daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday Party. The space was EXTREMELY clean and I am very particular about cleanliness. The kids walked around in their socks and their socks were still clean after. The speaker system was nice and appropriate for the space. They had microphones, though we didn't quite figure out how to connect them. (It wasn't an issue because we ended up not needing them.) They had a lot of kitchen accessories, just in case you forgot something. The space was visually cool. The kids had loads of opportunities for selfies and TikToks. The property manager was very responsive and provided clear check-in/check-out details in a timely manner. The only issue that we ran into was that the remote controls for the projector and the bar lights weren't there. Not having the remote control for the bar lights wasn't an issue because there were other really cool, colorful remote control lights that could be used. The remote control for the projector not being there was only a problem at the end of the night, when I was planning to watch something in the separate area. The girls had a large tv in the bedroom, so they were fine. I just ended up watching something on my phone. Overall, everyone had an awesome time and we would definitely rent the space again.

Great Spot for a Get together

Just like what it looks like in the pictures. A very unique place with plenty of room, and a sound system to keep guests grooving. Would recommend!

Great spot!

Graffiti Loft is one of the Cutest and one of the best place to have a Party! It has Everything you Need! The Decor is Awesome! It's even located close to everything in walking distance! DEFINITELY would like to rent again. Only thing, parking can be challenging. It just depends what's going on that day...Overall, Loved it!
