Villa "Warka", probably unique in the world, is one of five charming holiday homes in a quiet location at the entrance to Pitsidia.
Two of them have ta private pool, three have a 50sqm shared pool, which is located separately on the grounds. Each villa has its own house plot.

Villa Warka with communal pool is modeled after a ship, covers 60 m² of living space and is ideal for 2-3 people.
You will find many maritime elements that you have never seen before.

In the kitchen-livingroom, which is equipped with every comfort, there is a sofa in the living area, which can be used as a bed for a third person (child).
Over the stairs, whose vault is modeled on cliffs, you come into the stunning bedroom. From here you reach the spacious "Bug" terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding area and in the distance to the mountain "Psiloritis".
The bathroom on the ground floor has sink and toilet, a special shower that will take you into the underwater world of fantasies, is located on the upper floor.
The rooms of the villa have air condition, the windows are double glazed and with shutters and mosquito screens in addition to close.
The entire decor is set to sun, beach and sea and leaves nothing to be desired. Many lovely details can be found throughout the house, let us surprise you!
To this beautiful holiday houses belongs also a separate outside kitchen with a covered porch, stone oven and grill.
Mr. Manolis Pachakis is the owner and builder of this charming place. As well he is an artist who likes to work with wild natural stones, which he has lovingly integrated into the outside areas and the unique houses.
Experience Manolis's incredibly warm hospitality here. With great pleasure he prepares traditional delicacies from time to time or invites to a barbecue in his outdoor kitchen, which includes a large veranda.
