House near the beach, quiet, with garden

Welcome to our holiday home in Quimiac, in the south of Brittany. Located in a quiet area, 4 min. from the sea and 6 min. walk from the supervised beach of Lanséria and the wild coast, this bright house of 100 m², with a large flowered garden, invites you to relax. Nearby: markets and shops, bike and walk on the coast and in the marshes, oyster tasting. The medieval city of Guérande is 10 min. away and the town of La Baule is 20 min. away by car.
You have the entire house at your disposal.
-On the ground floor, you will find a very large living and dining room, whose bay window opens onto the terrace and the garden. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area indoors or outside, on the terrace or in the garden.
The equipped kitchen, which is adjacent to the living and dining room, allows you to have everything you need for your meals (fridge, multi-function oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee machine, crockery, etc.)
A dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a second fridge are accessible directly from the kitchen. You also have garden tables, garden chairs, a parasol and deckchairs.
A first bathroom is on the ground floor, with a walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet.
-On the ground floor you find a second bathroom (with toilet and sink), a sofa can be used as an extra bed and you access two large bedrooms, one with a double bed 180x200cm and a wardrobe, the other with 2 beds 90x190cm, desk and storage (the bedding is very good).
-You can enjoy the terrace and the large garden (500m2) of the house, planted with flowers and shrubs.
A tennis court is also available to residents.
-Your vehicle can park (free of charge) on a space in front of the house.
-The house benefits from a fibre/Wifi internet connection, as well as a Smart TV.
-The accommodation is non-smoking.
