Small and simple holiday home on the property of the owner. Own car access. Parking on the property is available free of charge. Space for bicycles is available on the enclosed property. The small town Wilhelmsfelde is about 5 km from the town of Usedom. There you will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, bakeries, bike rental, etc. Pets are up. 12 kg allowed. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of 15, - €.

House:
The simple, functional non-smoking cottage (about 23 square meters) has a combined. Living and sleeping area with a fold-out sofa bed (mattress 1.40 x 2.00m), coffee table, two wicker chairs, TV and radio. The small kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, two electric burners, sink, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a dining table with two chairs. Bathroom with shower / WC. The house has a ceiling height of 1.98 m in all rooms and is equipped with laminate or Tiles. The rooms are heated by an electric heater if needed. The initial bed linen is included in the price. Towels are brought please. A cot is available free of charge on request. Front of the house there is a seating area in the open with barbecue. Smoking is not allowed in the House, but you can use the covered terrace.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
