Property has two bedrooms, fold out couch, full kitchen, breakfast area, living room with TV, internet available, lots of windows with lake view, handicap ramp, wrap around deck with furniture, propane grill, fishing pier, small beach area and swimming area near dock. Space to dock a boat available upon request. Kayaks & beach chairs available upon request. Covered deck area of boat house not part of property rental. There is a short gravel drive up to the cabin from main residence driveway,

Renters are welcome to celebrate family events at the property. Limited to small gatherings. Parking for maximum of 4 vehicles. Property owners and neighbors are in close proximity and there are local ordinances regarding excessive noise after 10 PM.

This is a great property, location on the lake is perfect, house was very clean and well stocked, host are super good they live right beside rental and were very friendly and accommodating would definitely recommend and hope to return.

This little cottage was perfect for our weekend stay! Everything was neat in order VERY clean.We enjoyed our stay and we plan on going back very soon! If you're looking for a getaway this is the place to go... you will not be disappointed! We caught several fish and I look forward to going back very soon. Ernie and Kathy were the best host!
