About this property
"L'Atelier"
Located in Canteleu Village to the west of Rouen and 15 minutes from its historic centre, the Atelier welcomes you in a breathtaking setting. Adjoining the Château des Deux Lions, a historic 17th century residence, this former caretaker's house has been rehabilitated with a capacity of 4 people. Enjoy the green terraced setting, walk around the Estate and discover the breathtaking view of the Seine from the rear forecourt of the Château.
On the ground floor, a 35m² space with a living room opening onto an equipped kitchenette. Upstairs - accessible via miller's staircase - two independent bedrooms of 18 and 19m² with private bathrooms. The Atelier welcomes you with friends or family thanks to its childcare kit (on request).
