On the 1st floor of a house from 1945, superb apartment of 53m2 where every detail has been thought out to offer a warm, refined and soothing setting. This bright cocoon seduces with its neat decoration, mixing charm and delicate touches. Ideal for recharging your batteries, it invites you to relax, whether in the living room bathed in light or in the bedrooms with a cosy atmosphere.
Close to amenities while being sheltered from the hustle and bustle, perfect balance between urban life and tranquility.

Each room has a double bed (bed made on arrival), an armchair to relax, a bedside table, a control to store your clothes. A closet with a wardrobe in the corridor between the 2 bedrooms.

Close to Micropolis 4 tram stops from Polygone stop (5 minutes from the house). 12 minutes by tram from the Jean Minjoz University Hospital, 18 minutes by tram from Viotte station.
