Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent Villa Riviera, an authentic family home completely renovated in 2022 by a renowned architect.
Ideally designed to combine comfort and elegance, this 170 m² house can accommodate up to 10 people. It benefits from top-of-the-range sound and heat insulation, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay.
From the house, the terrace, the garden or the private beach opposite (you need to cross the main road), you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the crystal-clear waters of Lake Annecy. With its private pontoon and equipped beach (on the other side of the road), this rare property offers an exclusive lakeside experience.
The house comprises
Ground floor:
- Welcoming entrance leading to the various spaces.
- Modern, fully-equipped separate kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, American fridge, crockery and cutlery.
- Separate WC with washbasin.
- Bright living room with lounge area featuring two sofas and removable TV, a convivial dining area and direct access to the garden and terrace covered by a pergola of over 100 m². The room enjoys superb panoramic views over the lake.
- Integrated SONOS sound system.
- Bedroom 1 (east-facing, mountain view): two twin 80x200 cm beds, TV, private shower room and SONOS system.
First floor:
- Bedroom 2 (south-facing, garden and mountain views): two twin 80x200 cm single beds, TV, private shower room and SONOS system.
- Bedroom 3 (south-facing, mountain view): two twin 80x200 cm single beds, TV, private shower room and SONOS.
- Bedroom 4 (north-facing, ideal for children, lake view): four single beds 80x200 cm.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and storage space.
- Large desk with SONOS system, perfect for working in an inspiring setting.
- Separate WC.
Basement:
- Private garage (1 vehicle).
- Utility room with washing machine.
Outside area :
- Landscaped garden of 1000 m² with trampoline for children.
- Terrace and pergola with garden furniture and dining area.
- Private beach of 300 m² equipped (furniture, electric hook-up) and private pontoon for paddle, kayak or boat drop-off (no mooring loop) located on the other side of the road.
The house is located on the roadside, separated from the private beach by the road linking Annecy and Albertville. This road can be busy in season.
To access the private beach, it is therefore necessary to cross the main road.

- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, private parking is available in the garage and along the road in front of the residence.
