Praktische Wohnung aber recht klein

Die Wohnung ist freundlich und praktisch eingerichtet mit viel Stauraum. Ebenfalls positiv sind die gute Lage im Herzen von Surlej und die grosszügige Parkgarage. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind ziemlich klein. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es z.B. keinen Platz, Kleider auf einem Stuhl zu deponieren. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber funktionstüchtig. Die Aussicht auf den Parkplatz des Hotels Bellavista lädt nicht gerade zum Verweilen auf dem Sitzplatz ein.

Allerdings ist die Foto des Liegenschaft irreführend, da es sich nicht um die Eckwohnung im EG wie dargestellt handelt, sondern um die eher schattige Wohnung auf der linken Seite. Zudem ist der Parkplatz des Hotels Bellavista gleich vor dem Sitzplatz und dem Schlafzimmer. Abends vielfach sehr laut durch Gäste und Automotoren.

50 Meter zum Lift (Zubringer zur Talstation Corvatsch, diese ist 200 Meter entfernt), 100 Meter zur Skating- / Langlaufloipe, Einrichtung optimal, Parken direkt unter der Wohnung in Tiefgarage. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Schlüssel muss in St. Moritz geholt und abgegeben werden.
