The home is gorgeous and well-maintained. Kitchen is stocked with all the gadgets you could want, and the views are incredible. We were welcomed by the host when we arrived and he helped us out with a few tricky situations. Can’t recommend it enough!
Our group of 16 enjoyed our time at this house. It was very accommodating for all of us. Enough seating inside and out. Jacob, house manager, was amazing with communication and getting us groceries and alcohol delivered to the house. Sergio with Fix A Trip PR assisted us with transportation and the chef. Chef Alfredo was spectacular! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of tourist, this is the place to be. Expect beach living in this home.
The house was beautiful equipped with everything for my family. There were lots of cats but the kids fell in love with them, the beach was absolutely stunning and they had a little bar on beach was great with Pina Colata.
The only way to get upstairs to Kitchen was steps outside. There was a small kitchen downstairs that was great. The local people was very nice. Great views and whenever there were was a problem they came right away the house manager Richard was great and Sergio was the best always took care of our activities even last minute shuttles to airport. We had massages by pool they were the best. Best trip for my family.

Not what you expect
We booked this listing due to the number of people it could accommodate and its proximity to the beach. We had 13 adults and 5 children and did not have enough beds. The couch bed in the downstairs sitting space would have blocked the people from being able to get out if it was folded out. The upstairs couch did not make a bed as stated it did so we had 2 people without a place to sleep. We had spots in several areas that were leaking with no resolve the entire time we were there because “it is always booked.” The side bench in the pool was so sharp that it cut two of our kiddos legs. It was poorly renovated as evidence by the cracks in the ceiling, patched up walls and superficial renovations. The safety of the neighborhood was questionable at best. The first night we were asked to stay inside because someone was shot down the street, heard live gunfire 3 other times and we were told to stay inside again the last night of our stay. The drive in the alley nearly required a 4x4 due to the massive dips. Very disappointed in the house and with the other services we were encouraged to book through Sergio and Jacob. Boat ride was a bust, rain forrest was something we could have done on our own - no benefit in using Sergio’s business and the photographer we booked through Jacob was 1.5 hours late. Overall, very disappointing and frustrating to have paid $15,000 for what we received. The cherry on the top was the property owner said we could check out at 1 but later told no by Jac
I rent a home on a beach with a pool every year and was excited to visit Puerto Rico! Unfortunately this home is located in a very rough neighborhood and aside from the garage coded gate there is no security. Taking a walk is completely out of the question due to safety concerns. Walk on the beach? That would be a very short walk as the beach is very small and bordered by rocks. Linens and towels are old, appliances and kitchen equipment are old, ceiling on kitchen floor leaks, cracks on most ceilings and walls, views are of a “hotels” rack of kayaks out the kitchen window and the rundown/unsafe neighborhood. You have to lock every door at night which limits access for guests to move around freely at different times of the day and night. Restaurants, entertainment and safely are all about 40 -45 minutes away. You also have to deal with all the stray cats that constantly beg for food outside every door. If you can get past all of this, look past the house in front of your view of the ocean, the neighborhood and the little to no access to stores, entertainment or restaurants then this is the place for you. I have rented several homes in various locations for the past 8 years and have paid very similar (or less) prices per week and this was by far the least accommodating, unsafe disappointing experience. As the host of family vacation and Thanksgiving this was not only embarrassing but highly disappointing.
We had an awesome time at Palm Villa! The villa had everything we needed right on the beach. Jacob and Rich, the house manages, were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed from beginning to end. They would check-in on us to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. Sergio with fix a trip arranged all our transportation, excursions, and private chef. We truly had everything at our finger tips, even with us being removed from the city. I would definitely recommend. The area is still being built up around the house but we felt safe.
