Access to the property by a path, one courtyard to access the unloading of luggage, and the other, to the storage of vehicles, caravan, bicycle or other in safety and shelter. Car parks and shelters, garages etc. are at your disposal free of charge. This old Périgord farmhouse on 20 ha of meadow, completely restored, spacious and very bright, very well located, we have fitted it out with great care and comfort in a modern and Périgord spirit, on a hill near Montignac Lascaux, Sarlat, Les Eyzies, with an exceptional setting, paradisiacal with its beautiful swimming pool of 12 × 3 m, adjoining a pool cover, very well arranged with barbecue, dining area and lounge, lots of space and tranquility. A path that leads to the dovecote with a magnificent panoramic view.

Reversible air conditioning in each room. Beds are made on arrival.
Everything is provided, there is no extra charge.
We are ready to rent and can be quickly on site if needed. We will be there when you arrive to welcome you and give you the keys.
