Large house with fantastic panoramic views in Montemar, just 2.5 km away from the picturesque bay Baladrar and about 10 min. Driving time from the beautiful beach in Moraira. The newly renovated holiday home with large private pool has all the comforts. From the terrace and from the pool you have a beautiful view of the sea and the Penon de Ifach of Calpe. The new pool and the newly designed outdoor area you can relax, stay outside. Non smoking property and no pets. The house is located in a quiet street, shopping in 5-10 min. Driving distance. The house has new windows with electric shutters and mosquito blinds. Air conditioning in the large bedrooms. Umbrellas and chairs and a seating lounge and the outdoor shower located by the pool and invite our guests to rest and relax. In the summer kitchen with gas grill, they can finish the summer evenings with a glass of Tinto. The house is heated and can be inhabited all year round. The new kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In covered carport you can leave your car, in addition there is a parking space in the garage entrance. Recommended during your vacation is a trip to the beautiful hinterland of the Costa Blanca. Visit near the coast, picturesque town and explore it a variety of natural parks such as the Parc Natural del Montgó or the Parc Natural de la Sierra de Mariola. The cities of Valencia and Alicante are 1 hr. Driving distance, as there are various water parks and theme parks near Benidorm (40 km) Terra Mitica, Mundomar and Aqualandia.

Fantastic holiday in a great villa!

Fantastic villa - great location! The villa has everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped and the pool and patios were perfect (6 loungers, 2 parasols and more). The views were amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the large balcony watching the sunsets. Nearby Moraira and Calpe are nice places to visit but we loved nearby Benissa (about 10 minutes drive over the hill). We were lucky to visit it during a fiesta where the parades and entertainment were spectacular. A car is essential in this area. Highly recommend the villa...Eugen was very helpful too. Thank You!

Sehr schönes Haus mit ein paar kleinen Mängeln

Wir haben das Haus im August 23 für 4 Erwachsene gebucht. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und wir wurden von der Verwalterfamilie freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnräume sind alle sehr schön, lediglich eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hätten wir uns gewünscht, da war es oft sehr warm. Ansonsten waren die Betten sehr bequem, die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht (nur die Messer waren nicht mehr so scharf) und der Ausblick auf das Meer war stets eine Freude. Die Außenanlage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, es gab genügend Liegen und der Pool war sauber. Leider stand der Sonnenschirm nicht sehr fest, aber Herr Marz meinte, er wird sich darum kümmern. Die Sommerküche am Pool war für uns als Hobby-Barkeeper ein Highlight, es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank und eine Gefriere für Eiswürfel, sowie ein Waschbecken und Schränke für Geschirr. Bei Problemen oder Fragen hat der Vermieter schnell reagiert und uns weitergeholfen. In der Umgebung gibt es einige gute Sand- und Steinstrände. Ein Besuch des Naturparks Fonts de l'Algar in der Nähe ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub gut gefallen und wir könnten uns vorstellen, das Haus noch einmal zu buchen.

Séjour formidable

Belle maison avec vue exceptionnelle, très bien équipée en tout point, piscine et douche extérieure très appréciables ainsi que la cuisine d été . Le propriétaire est facilement joignable par mail et très accueillant et prend régulièrement des nouvelles. Nous le remercions vivement et espérons pouvoir revenir l année prochaine. Nous recommandons cette location à tous.

Erholung pur in Casa Sophia

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) haben uns sofort bei unserer Ankunft in der Casa Sophia wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem sehr netten Vermieter war jederzeit möglich und Herr Marz war für uns immer erreichbar. Auch die Hausübergabe mit den Hausverwaltern war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Die neue Küche ist mit div. Küchenutensilien und einem Induktionsherd ausgestattet. Die Nächte waren dank der Klimaanlagen (in den zwei großen Schlafzimmern) und dem Moskitoschutz (an "allen" Fenstern) sehr erholsam. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön. Am Pool laden div. Liegemöglichkeiten zum Relaxen und Erholen ein. Wir möchten uns nochmals für unseren wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Casa Sophia ganz herzlich bedanken! Modernes Haus mit allerbester Aussicht

Die Casa Sophia ist einer der besten Häuser, die wir jemals gemietet hatten.Sehr nette Vermieter und eine sehr nette Hausverwaltung. Die Einrichtung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche übrig,ausser es wäre angenehmer,wenn ein Klo in der Höhe des Pools gewesen wäre.Sonst waren wir zu 100% zufrieden und hoffen ,dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen dürfen.

Schöne Ferien mit Traumblick

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Casa Sophia von der schönen Einrichtung bis hin zu dem top Ausblick . Die Casa ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Casa Sophia war bei Ankunft top sauber und das Ein– und Auschecken mit Frau K....war 1.Klasse. Es übertraf genau die Beschreibung aus dem Internet. Wir haben den Urlaub und den Poolbereich sehr genossen. Es ist alles da, Grill (dieser war recht neu) Kapselmaschine, Induktionsherd usw. einfach TOP! Selbst die Wlan Übertragung war noch am Pool super. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sind sehr angenehm. Da wir schon einige Urlaube in Spanien gemacht und auch schon das eine oder andere Feriendomizil angemietet hatten, ist die Casa Sophia, was sie bietet, mehr als nur eine Unterkunft mit Pool. Ein Ambiente, in dem man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss.

Super séjour en famille!!!!

Nous avons passé 15 jours inoubliables dans cette magnifique maison! La vue était superbe; la maison aussi ainsi que la piscine et tout le reste! Très fonctionnelle (si on doit vraiment trouver quelque chose, ce serait qu il manquait le micro onde) et entièrement rénovée. Nous reviendrons c'est sur!

Stunning house and view

The house is just renovated, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It is even better than what you can see from the photos!! Large beds and aircondition also ensured that we slept very well indeed! We spent most of our time on the terrasse enjoying the view and of course at (and in) the pool. The outdoor shower was a pleasent surprise! Owner as well as house keeper are very friendly, keeping you well informed before the stay, as well as being available whenever questions arise. We had 3 teenagers with us, and the area offers plenty of possibilities for doing different kinds of watersports such as kayaking and snorkeling. The very nice town of Moraira is close by and Calpe just 8 km away, which also gave plenty of possibilities for shopping, visiting the local market as well as eating at great restaurants. Would like to come back and would highly recommend! Pretzmann, Copenhagen, Denmark
