Our home has wireless internet, air conditioning, fully remodeled kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, laundry, 58" T.V. Roku TV. This 1400 sq foot home complete with laundry area plus outdoor patio retreat and garage. Enjoy the multiple tasty fruit trees in the backyard; orange, grapefruit, and lemon. Use our juicer to make fresh orange juice every morning. This residence is centrally located to an abundance of amenities including 8 golf courses, 8 Sun City fitness centers/pools (for those 55+ and their guests who purchase monthly passes), and baseball Spring Training sites (4.8 miles to Peoria Sports Complex-Mariners and Padres, 10 miles to Camelback Ranch Complex-Dodgers and White Sox, 22 miles to Goodyear Ballpark-Reds & Indians, 9.1 miles to the Arizona Cardinals State Farm Stadium.
