Super séjour dans cette maison toute simple mais avec du cachet. Elle est très bien située et permet de sillonner de beaux endroits au alentours. Gwendoline a été réactive et agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Le vrai point positif de cette location est sans hésiter l’interlocutrice de la conciergerie : très sympathique, disponible et surtout très réactive tout au long du séjour.La maison est idéalement située à L’Herbaudière, avec la plage ou le port avec tous commerces ac5cessible en seulement 5 minutes à pied, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.Concernant le logement en lui-même, il est fonctionnel et pratique, mais assez spartiate et clairement « dans son jus ». Il ne faut pas s’attendre à une maison avec beaucoup de charme ou particulièrement chaleureuse, que ce soit à l’intérieur ou dans les extérieurs. Le canapé, notamment, mériterait vraiment d’être remplacé compte tenu de son état. À noter également l’absence de lave-vaisselle, qui peut être contraignante pour un séjour en famille.Il faut par ailleurs prévoir des frais supplémentaires pour le ménage ainsi que pour la location du linge de lit/draps, à ajouter au prix affiché du séjour.En résumé : une maison pratique et très bien placée pour profiter de la plage et de L’Herbaudière, avec une conciergerie vraiment agréable et efficace, mais un logement qui gagnerait beaucoup à être rafraîchi, mieux équipé et rendu plus chaleureux.
