Private pool with a certified safety roller cover, covered patio, garden, and views of the vineyards. The pool measures 8x4 m with a flat bottom approximately 1.70 m deep and steps. Ground floor, where all rooms are on one level: - Kitchen/dining room. Kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and French press, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, and electric vegetable grater. - Living room with TV - Bathroom and 2 separate toilets - Bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed - Large, high-ceilinged 40 m² living area with exposed stone walls, opening onto the pool terrace, equipped with board games.
