About this property

Sweet roomy studio with patio and grassy area for your fur buddy!

The studio is cozy, with a queen size bed, two recliners and a large outdoor space with a full size grill and patio seating.
There is a full size refrigerator and lots of cabinets and counter top space in the kitchen. This studio is in the downstairs area of our house so you may hear some noise from above. There are no common areas with the house. Your space is your own other than my golden retriever who may come to visit in the yard :).

Once again I had a wonderful stay! The room is always so clean and neat and even the grass is green, which is unusual for San Diego. Congratulations to Bill and Linda for all they do to make this little studio such a wonderful place to stay when I'm away from home. I have stayed here before and I am happy to say, this is always my first choice!! Thanks again, John
