On the ground floor, the lodge includes living room fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the terrace. Shower room, separate WC. A bedroom with 2 beds in 90. Upstairs mezzanine open 1 bed 160 and a reading corner. Electric heating extra. Located in the heart of a small village of winegrowers, 10kms from the beaches of the Aude littoral to set path between Narbonne and Perpignan. The cottage will be the point of departure for many walks and mountain bike around the village. Single-storey cottage accessible by a court-21 m2, sunny terrace with garden and plancha. The gite is adjacent to the cottage No. 1302 separated by a small murette. Large private garage under the House. Village with all shops. Tax payable on site.
