Very roomy and comfortable home. Everything we needed and more! Loved the 3 levels--especially the rooftop deck. Would definitely recommend this place to other family and friends.
Very nice property. Unsuccessful at lighting outdoor fireplace, but nice view of city from rooftop porch. Leasing people were very quick to respond to any communication.

This was the perfect place for my trip to Nashville. Clean and spacious. Only complaint is that there was only 1 washcloth provided per person for 4 days.
Everyone had a very comfortable space with king bed and in room bathroom. Young family with 3 kids occupied the top floor with the stairway blocked off. The kitchen/dining and living space is a great space to gather and visit. Every aspect of the stay from reservation to check out was seamless for us. Very accessible garage space. We parked a mini van and a Honda Civic very comfortably.
Great property! Would definitely stay here again. Visited Nashville with 4 couples. We each had our own room with king size bed. Very clean house, great location to downtown, comfortable beds, safe neighborhood, kitchen well stocked, rooftop seating with fireplace was great, two parking spots in garage and two behind house. Property management checked in to make sure everything was as going well. Highly recommend.
Overall this was a great place to stay. The location is convenient and the beds were very comfortable. The other furniture in the house is all extremely uncomfortable and we found it hard to hang out together as a group in the house because of the seating. There is also a very nearby train that goes by day and night that is loud and woke us up at night. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay and very clean. We loved being able to park inside the garage!
Necessities were available! Good quality towels/ sheets. Grocery stores convenient. Easy using ride share apps. One can opener doesn’t work. Need more Salt & Pepper. Appliances that would be nice when entertaining would be Crock pot and a blender! Need a larger container for recycles in the kitchen area
Everything was great. We had fun playing games and going out to eat. Too windy to enjoy the patio but we managed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of towels and beds were ok. The ceiling fan was broke in the living room but it was plenty cool. I must say I will never stay at a town where there is a one hour time difference. We had to waist time until the host said we could check in. Our fault for not looking into it. I forgot to mention how close it was to train tracks that thie whistles would blow every three hours during the night. Not host fault but all 4 of us did not get a good night sleep.

Worked for our group
So the beds are amazing! We all really enjoyed the king size beds are all super comfortable but two of the rooms shared a bathroom which I wish we saw that before hand and there are a lot of stairs for the folks who stay in the top two bedrooms on the third floor. Also the patio furniture is not as nice as the listing on the roof top deck. Also it is very loud in the house. You hear everything abd everyone from everywhere including the construction at the end of the street and also the trains that comes through about 5 times through out the evening and. Since non of that bothered us we managed to enjoy ourselves. About $22 Uber ride to down town and kroger is only 2 min away. We would suggest and upgrade to the furniture as lounging was nit very comfortable and more rugs to cut acoustics. Thanks for your hospitality!
This place is spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and linens. The bedrooms have no ceiling fans and that got pretty stuffy at night and a lot of the windows have no screens so you can’t open them. The main downside for our family of 6 was the really uncomfortable living room furniture in the loft and downstairs living room. Both spaces had one very small, very uncomfortable couch. The side chairs were awful to sit on. Everything was wood or had super low backs. There was no way to relax and watch a movie together. There was a chair in the master bedroom made of wood woven stuff and it was sooo uncomfortable. This place has enough sleeping space for like 8 people, but I would never want to try and hang out there with a large group. Another note, we all wished for nicer toilet paper and bathroom towels. None of the bathrooms had bath mats, and I don’t love stepping out onto a tile floor all soaking wet. There is a very loud train that passes several times an hour and can be loudly hear honking in the house.
