The property was fantastic! New, clean, comfortable for four couples. Location was great - we walked to 12 South and it was a short drive to downtown and the Gulch. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time here. Beautiful home, well appointed, great layout for a big group. Plenty of comfortable spaces for everyone. Quiet neighborhood, amazing rooftop patio was awesome on a cool Nashville night. We had 3 couples and each had their own king bed- perfect for us!

Three couples on a family vacation. We had a wonderful trip, the home exceeded our expectations in every way! The house is gorgeous! Everyone had their own space, also there were plenty of community spaces as well. The customer service and information that Kim provided prior to our arrival was extremely helpful. We were a group of seven ladies celebrating our 60th birthday. The house was perfect and location was great. The property manager was wonderful allowing us for any early check-in and was great with getting back to us. Would highly recommend this property!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The owners messaged back quickly when I had questions and even offered to come over to help me with something. The house was BEAUTIFUL and worked well for a group of 10 girls. The location and neighborhood was great. We felt safe and could walk around easily.
