The refurbished apartment consists of a large living room with the kitchen and the dining table, the combined living room / bedroom with double bed and sitting area (extra bed) and the large Duscbad.

The apartment is located in the owner's house and has a separate entrance. On the property you have a parking lot and a small lawn.

Samtenss OT Berglase located in the heart of the island of Ruegen, about 20 kilometers northeast of Stralsund and about 10 km southwest of the former county seat mountains. By car you reach the place easily accessible via the B96 and later on the Shuttle B96n. Shops, bank, doctor, Apoteke and a leisure center are available in Samtens.

Tolle Unterkunft, in ruhiger Lage, dennoch sehr zentral um die Insel zu erkunden. Wohnung sehr geräumig, sauber und voll ausgestattet. Super nette Vermieterin. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ruhig und Freundlich

Es war eine schöne Zeit. Die FeWo ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Von dort aus konnte man auf Rügen überall binnen 30 hinfahren. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich.Das Objekt war aufgeräumt und ordentlich. Es hat eine super Größe für bis zu 3 Personen.Gerne wieder !

Zimmer sehr sauber, hell und ruhig. Die Aufbettung war allerdings nicht so, wie wir es erwartet haben. Ledercouch ohne Auszug. Sehr schmal zum schlafen. Das Bettlaken verruschte durch das glatte Leder. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

sehr nette Vermieter nebenan.immer , wenn man sie brauchte waren sie da.Lage sehr erholsam. Ausstattung der Küche hätte genauer beschrieben werden können: kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle, nur 2 Plattenherd.Ähnlich mit dem Bett: 1.40 m Breite. ist einfach hilfreich zu wissen, ansonsten sehr empfehlenswrrt.

Es war sehr schön dort. Die Lage ist super, freier Blick auf Felder und Wiesen. Sehr saubere Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlte. Die Räume sind groß, Licht durchflutet dank großer Fenster. Ein kleiner aber effektiver Kamin. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und immer zur Stelle wenn man sie brauchte. So sollte es überall sein! Großes Lob!
