It was exactly what i needed a perfect place to sleep with all the peacefulness and quiet sound of nature i even got to see some shooting stars at the lake down the hill. What a perfect spot
Our three generation family age 4 to 71 had a great week. The house was wonderful and enough space for all. The beach was so nice. Enjoyed swimming and boating. Would highly recommend as a great family stay.
We’ll be back! So much to do!Had a wonderful time.Nick responded quickly for any questions or anything at all we needed.and Carlos is a gem for literally anything we needed help with.
This is our second stay at The Woods at Windsor. We stayed at a different property last time. Both were excellent stays! The property was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. This property does have a spiral staircase. This would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues, small choldren or elderly to get down to the basement.
The house was very clean and had everything a normal group would need. I was feeding myself and 6 pretty grown men (my husband, 2 sons and 3 of their friends - all over 18) so I packed some larger pots and pans as I knew my cooking portions were going to be rather large.
We had lots of fun! Everyone enjoyed the golf cart, fishing, kayaking, playing pool, cooking on the grill, playing games, jogging around the camp and watching movies.
We had an issue with our golf cart that was immediately taken care of.

Hi Laurie, we are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Please come back again in the future!!
Upon walking in the smell was extremely overbearing from the amount of plug ins, in such a small space. My sister went down stairs and there were more down stairs than upstairs. The beds also felt like they would have been extremely uncomfortable. After 5 minutes of being there I decided to leave and no longer expose my small children to the toxic chemicals in the plug ins. Tried reaching out to the property manager several times and still have not heard back after two weeks.
Only an hour and twenty minutes from home. We ranged in ages from 3-82. We would definitely vacation there again. Our only problem was our golf cart quit on us halfway up a hill. We had someone there in maybe 10 minutes and helped us out. Very friendly got us a new cart in minutes and we were on our way. The beach was great. A bit rocky but good. Lots of things to use. Kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding just to name a few. My one only little complaint would be our sliding bathroom door. No lock. We had a very nosy 3 year old!! We really enjoyed our stay and wished we booked for longer.
Nice layout for a vacation home. Primary bedroom on the main floor with one queen and one twin bed. Full bath immediately across the hall. Kitchen, dining, and a TV space all in an open great room on the same floor. Then, down a spiral staircase, there is another TV space, a pool table, and darts, plus two bedrooms (each with bunk beds) and a 3/4 bathroom. I can easily imagine parents staying on the main floor with a bunch of preteens or teens in the basement area. Two or three adult couples could also enjoy the layout, depending on how much the bunk beds concern you. I'm unsure whether the layout would work for parents with tiny kids. It would depend on how you feel about the spiral staircase.
Well-equipped kitchen (plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, cups, mugs, utensils, and pots/pans). Thoughtful travel-sized amenities in the bathrooms (soaps, shave kit, toothbrush/paste, etc.) Good lighting in the whole house. Easy to use the whole-house heating system and A/C window units.
