In the southern Ardèche, in an absolutely quiet location with a beautiful view in a natural park of 2.5 ha, near the rivers Beaume and Ardèche and the picturesque village of Labeaume, the spacious, modern stone house offers plenty of space for two to four people. The house is surrounded by a typical karst landscape, characterized by wild thyme, gorse, laurel, holm oak, juniper and olive trees. Nearby is the Carverne du Pont d’Arc, the faithful replica of the Chauvet grotto with its unique cave paintings.

The old natural stone house has been renovated and expanded in line with style. The large, bright rooms, the simple extension and the modern furnishings create a pleasant living atmosphere.

Outside area with a large, covered terrace, various sun terraces, outdoor shower, 2 tables, 6 chairs, 2 garden armchairs, 2 deck chairs, table tennis table. Parking for 2 cars in front of the house.
Access path and terraces are created independently of the other house.

The house is non-smoking. Pets possible on request.
