1. OG barrier-free (elevator) a free parking space at the house new building 2017 living space 81 sqm, 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed 2 x 2 m; 1 x 1.40 x 2 m), bathroom with toilet, shower and tub, separate guest toilet, living - Dining room, fitted kitchen, large covered balcony
Equipment: Modern fitted kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, bread slicer and much more. Hairdryer; Flat screen TV (cable), DVD player, stereo / CD, telephone and WiFi
Children are welcome. Please no pets Attention: There is no storage space for bicycles in the house, please use a bike stand in front of the house entrance

Biking, hiking, swimming in Lake Constance, relaxation with a boat trip or action with inline skating or with all kinds of water sports: the variety of holiday offers in Langenargen and the Lake Constance region knows no limits. Stroll on one of the longest promenades on Lake Constance and enjoy the view over the lake to the mountains on the opposite Swiss lake shore.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der liebevoll gestalteten und wirklich außergewöhnlich gut ausgestatteten Wohnung von Familie Müller. Es ist für Groß und Klein an alles gedacht und das Haus ist modern und sauber. Alles ist gut fußläufig erreichbar und die Kommunikation mit Herrn Müller lief super. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Modernes, schönes Haus in einer herrlichen Umgebung.

Geräumiges Appartement auf dem ersten Stock, wo wirklich alles vorhanden ist. Rundum Selbstversorgung ist alles da, aber gute Restaurants sind innerhalb 5 min (zu Fuß) zu erreichen. Nur slechtes Wetter kann ein Urlaub in diesem Haus verderben.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, nah am See

Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Müller war super. Die Fewo ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man merkt, das die Inhaber die Wohnung auch selbst nutzen. Das Infomaterial über die Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. sind aktuell. Langenargen ist sehr gut gelegen um den Bodensee zu erkunden. Einkaufs - und Einkehrmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

großzügige, ruhige Ferienwohnung in einem privaten Wohnhauses, gepflegt. Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne, WC, separates WC, Küche ist Top eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Gehweite zum Bodensee. Bäcker und gute Restaurants ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt mal wieder

Alles perfekt!

Kommunikation und Schluesseluebergabe haben wunderbar flexibel funktioniert. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles wie neu. Da wir abends gerne selbst gekocht haben, war die geraeumige Kueche fuer uns ideal. Dank der Fliegengitter hatten wir waehrend unseres einwoechigen Aufenthalts auch keinerlei unliebsame „Krabbeltiere“ in der Wohnung. Den Bodensee erreichten wir mit Kleinkind in knapp 5 Min. zu Fuss. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Klare Empfehlung!
