From the spacious loggia of this completely renovated and brightly furnished holiday apartment you have a wonderful side view of Lake Constance and the mountain panorama. The beautiful lakeside promenade of Langenargen and the pier of the Lake Constance shipping company are in the immediate vicinity, as are all shopping facilities. A small supermarket is located on the ground floor of the residential complex and can be reached with dry feet.

Your cosy holiday apartment for 2 people on the 1st floor has an open kitchen and is very well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove and oven. The cosy seating area with flat-screen TV is ideal for relaxing evenings. The friendly bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200cm) and next to the guest toilet you will find a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and bidet.

The house has a washing machine and dryer (for a fee). Your bicycles can also be safely stored. An underground parking space can be booked for an extra charge.

The location in Langenargen offers the perfect starting point for the three-country region. Amenities for an all-round carefree stay:
Upon arrival, freshly made beds, carefully prepared hand, shower and tea towels as well as a starter package with cleaning, dishwashing and hygiene products await you. Final cleaning, bed linen and a set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if required.

Important notes:
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this accommodation. Arrival and departure seven days a week is possible, and the key safe provided means that nothing stands in the way of a late arrival.
A car parking space can be booked for an extra charge.
