Maisonette apartment with parking and south-facing balcony, 300m to the lake The apartment "Strandgut" is located near the lake and the center in Langenargen and is a wonderful starting point for your walk on the beach. The modern, almost 70 square meter maisonette apartment has a south-facing balcony and partly floor-to-ceiling windows and is equipped for 4 people. Modern furnishings and TV are a matter of course. 1 bedroom in the lower and 1 bedroom in the upper area, each with double bed and wardrobe. In one of the rooms there is also space for a children's travel bed.

Open living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen such as a stove, oven and the necessary small appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The apartment is non-smoking! If you want to smoke, gladly on the balcony. A dog is allowed on request for a flat fee. Due to the internal stairs, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. With the existing key safe, late arrival is also possible without any problems.
Long-term tenants are welcome. The bed linen, 1 set of towels per person and the final cleaning are included. Wifi and parking space are offered free of charge.

The tourist tax and any additional services are not included in the apartment price and must be transferred to the specified account in accordance with our booking confirmation. Payment on site is not possible!
The keys are handed over using the Safe key. The code will be communicated to you 4-5 days before arrival. The prerequisite is that we complete the Have received payment according to our booking confirmation! Bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are provided.

Nicht nochmal diese Wohnung.
Vermietet hatten wir das Appartement Strandgut, kurz vor der Ankunft wurden wir benachrichtigt, dass die Gäste dort verlängert hatten und wir deshalb die Strandperle bekommen würden. Wir hatten angefragt, ob wir mit 2 Katzen kommen dürfen, die Antwort war positiv. Deshalb wurde die Wohnung nicht sauber gemacht, es war dort lange Zeit nicht gewischt worden. Das Treppenhaus hatte auch schon sehr lange kein Besen und kein Schrubber gesehen.Unter dem Sofa war soviel Dreck und Hundehaare. In der Küche fehlten viele Kochutensilien. Keinerlei Lebensmittel, das haben wir verstanden, aber 2 abgegriffene Plastik Eierlöffen, eins davon ging sofort kaputt. Die ganze Wohnung war kalt und unpersönlich. Die Türen der Schränke im Bad und Wohnzimmer gingen nicht richtig zu, alle Möbelgegentände ausser das Sofa waren wackelig und man hatte Angst, das die Schubladen bei Berührung ausfallen könnten. Die Vermieter wohnten unten und erwiederten unsere Grüße nicht. Sobald sie merkten, dass wir im Treppenhaus sind, sind sie sofort reingegangen. Es war unpersönlich und nicht Gastfreundlich. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür war hilfreich. Die Agentur sollte vor dem Einzug der Gäste ab und zu die Wohnungen besichtigen. Die Wohnung an sich war gut, nur eben nicht sauber und es fehlte ausser ein Paar Küchenutensilien auch eine persönliche Note. Der Preis sollte dies auch gewährleisten.
