The location and lay out of the property was absolutely perfect! It was clean with fresh towels and bedding. The beds were AMAZING! The hot tub was so nice to relax in and the owners were very attentive and clear with their descriptions and our communication. This is a must rent! Everything we needed was within 30 mins to an hour away.

Paula, a soak in the hot tub after a night on those beds is a pretty good rhythm for a getaway, and it is good to hear the layout and the clear communication made it easy. Anyone weighing a stay here would find plenty within reach. Come back whenever you need another reset.

We enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is quiet, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the house was immaculate. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The host was wonderful with communication. Highly recommend!

Very clean wonderful house full of features and everything we needed to cook and entertain ourselves for several days. The four bedrooms were nice, the pool table and Hot Tub were both used and enjoyed.... Even has a Pac-Man game on the wall.Booking experience, all communications and the check in were great. The pet fee seemed a wee bit high, but I am sure it takes extra effort to clean out any evidence of dog for the next guest who may not like dogs....... We really enjoyed our stay Would surely reccomend this place !!

Paul, a hot tub and a pool table are a strong pairing after a few days of cooking and settling in, and the Pac-Man wall is a fun bonus. Glad the whole house suited your group. There is plenty here for another stay whenever you want one.

Great central location! We were able to use the train to get downtown, we had easy access to I70 and 36 to get to the mountains. Stores nearby for essentials. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo rental! It was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We had no issues during our stay, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious and clean, nice kitchen, great entertainment for our kids, close to Olde Town Arvada which was a very cool spot, easy access to get everywhere else in the Denver area. Loved having the EV charger on site.

Awesome clean and well-furnished property. This house had it all. Plenty of space to spread out upstairs and downstairs. Lots of outdoor seating with hot tub added to the experience. We didn't cook at the house but if we needed to, the kitchen was fully equipped. We used this house as a hub for our son's graduation from CO School of Mines - proximity to Golden was important and this location checked the box. Would highly recommend.

Our stay in Arvada was fantastic. We had plans all over the metro and the location made it so easy to navigate. The neighborhood was quiet can nice, my kid left a door open on the car all night and it was never messed with! The stay was clean and comfortable, and our family enjoyed hanging out and playing some pool together. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay again!

We rented this house for girls crafty weekend. We are all locals, but wanted a fun weekend away from home without having to deal with ski traffic, or possible snowy conditions in the high country. This cute, clean, house in town was perfect! It has a great, open floor plan, and plenty of space to spread out. Great proximity to restaurants and entertainment. Host quickly responded when we had any questions. Would definitely rent again!
