DETAILS This classic home is completely refreshed with new furnishings throughout that reflect the mid-century modern feel. Rooms are comfortable, amply supplied, and very thoughtful. All beds are new Nectar hybrid mattresses (super comfy!) and the queen Murphy is a Bamboo foam mattress! Our floors are a little squeeky (older house!) but that is part of the charm!
MASTER SUITE The master suite is spacious and beautiful with a private access to the back yard patios and breezeway for access to the kitchen. Perfect for mornings on the deck! The large master bath hosts a laundry center with stacked LG washer/dryer. The suite is an extension from the pass-through “flex” third bedroom; it has a motorized privacy room divider for those sleeping on the Nectar Queen bed :)
Hi-Speed WiFi and 3 TVs with Roku allow separation in the place if needed. The multiple outdoor spaces make this a location comfortable regardless of the season!
BREEZEWAY In the breezeway we have a separate exterior entrance for an additional basement apartment. We have a sweet young couple who are long-term tenants. You do not share ANY spaces with them. They are quiet, kind, and keep to themselves (The gentleman is a relative and is gone afternoons and evenings.)
ACCESS You have the entire main floor of this single-story home, the covered Breezeway, and the double deck & patio area in the back garden.
PARKING Ample street parking (5 cars) plus one off-street parking space on near side of driveway. You access the breezeway from the kitchen doors or Master Bedroom patio.
This house does have a basement apartment with separate private access, but you do NOT share any spaces or doors with the long-term guests there (family members).
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house is in very good condition and just as described. The very comfy bed and skylight in the primary bedroom were restful features for a very short stay. Communication with the hosts was clear and helpful!
This home was lovely. It was a great set up for the family and location was close to all the things we wanted to do in area. If you have kids add Englewood farm and train park to the list. Very close and a cute little area for all.

The house was adorable! So clean and ample space. Communication with the owners was amazing and so helpful when we needed assistance. I would stay again in a heartbeat!!
The corner lot home was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The check in process easy and the host family was very responsive to any question and always helpful. We had everything we needed for a relaxing 4 day stay. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay here again! 5 stars all the way!

We loved our stay! The house was very comfortable and even larger than it seemed on the listing. The location was very convenient to downtown Littleton (we walked it in about 15 min), etc., but the street was very quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

This vrbo was a lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood. Spacious enough for three adults and three young kids. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare some meals at the house. Owners were very quick to respond when I had a question and needed help..I do wish there was an on-site laundry, but it is stated in the listing no washer and dryer. My family and I would definitely stay at this rental again when in Denver area.

Why they chose this property
This is a very quiet neighborhood that is starting to regenerate in some very cool ways. The Cornerstone Park nearby has everything you can enjoy with beautiful views of the Continental Divide in the Rocky Mountains. Just north of that park the Petting Zoo and Pirate's Cove water park. A short walk south of the home puts you at The Cherry Cricket; an award-winning burger and sports restaurant with a very cool vibe. We're also close to downtown Littleton with boutique shopping, pubs, distilleries, and our main street! Concerts and other events bring the Littleton residents together.
When you check in, we have a small manual with suggested activities for food, drinks, families, and other local favorites!
What makes this property unique
This property was built in 1958 and we've focused on the Mid-Modern feel that it originated with. The brick design led us to color selections and upscale furnishings throughout.
The master suite has private access to outside patio and breezeway. It has it's own washer/dryer setup with new LG appliances; it is quiet and easy to run a quick load!
NOTE: This wonderful home has a separate entrance to the basement unit where a young couple rents long-term. No living spaces are shared. They are polite, quiet, and keep to themselves. The young man is a relative of ours.
